Ready to Get Truly Involved?
The Foundation strives to be warm, accessible, and human in its interactions, while remaining firm and principled in its stance against practices, policies, or narratives that undermine neurodivergent dignity.
“We communicate as a movement, not a static institution. We are community that is walking together toward a shared future..”
Tjerk Feitsma
Founding Director

The Foundation has a deep commitment to dignity and radical acceptance. Dignity is understood as non-negotiable — not something to be earned through productivity, conformity, or resilience. Radical acceptance means meeting neurodivergent people as they are, not as they might become after sufficient adaptation. Together, these principles act as a compass when the organisation faces growth, pressure, or trade-offs.

Culture
Together, we go further.
Work. Play. Repeat.
Our "Foundational Family" of 180+ volunteers is 85% neurodivergent. This ensures that every tool we build is grounded in lived experience.
We maintain a broad ecosystem of 8+ platforms and 5+ custom applications (including Together and Signs), providing digital sanctuary and agency to millions.
To safeguard this scale, we have established a robust 12-member Wisdom Council and an expanded Executive Board, ensuring that leadership is never concentrated but remains accountable to the community.
