NEURODIVERSITY FOUNDATION
Building a world where every mind belongs.
Enabling neurodiverse societies that embrace all types of minds, valuing neurodivergent uniqueness and self-acceptance.
Why We Exist
The Neurodiversity Foundation began with a simple truth: neurodivergent people deserve dignity, autonomy, and belonging - not correction.
Since February 15, 2018, we've been bridging worlds. Between neurodivergent and neurotypical. Between misunderstanding and curiosity. Between systems that exclude and futures that include.
We don't ask neurodivergent people to change. We work to change the world around them - through research that respects, advocacy that protects, and celebration that honours the fire within every unique mind.

Four Focus Areas
We bring expertise grounded in lived experience, scientific rigour, and deep commitment to dignity.
Research & Innovation
Building knowledge that serves, not stigmatizes.
Our Research Fellows Program and ethical evaluation work ensure neurodivergent voices lead - not follow - the science. We guide research that respects autonomy, centres dignity, and produces insights that actually improve lives.
From detection bias studies to participatory methodologies, we're rewriting what good research looks like.
Education & Belonging
Reshaping systems, one mind at a time.
We work with schools, youth programmes, and communities to build environments where authenticity thrives. Through training, resources, and projects like Neurocafé, we help educators understand what many neurodivergent people have felt their whole lives: the classroom can heal or harm.
When systems understand neurodiversity, everyone benefits.
International Partners
A global movement for local change.
Neurodiversity knows no borders. Through partnerships spanning research consortia, policy networks, and Pride organisers worldwide, we amplify voices, share wisdom, and build coalitions.
Together, we create the momentum that shifts cultures.
For Organizations
Training, consultancy, and partnership opportunities to build genuinely neuroinclusive cultures.
For Individuals
Resources, community connection, and programmes that support self-acceptance and growth.
For Researchers
Ethical guidance, collaboration networks, and the Research Fellows Program.
Neurodiversity Pride Day
The 8th edition of ND Pride celebrating neurodivergent uniqueness and the value of neurodiversity in society will be organised, with flaghoistings, online and offline conferences and get-togethers, fun activities & dances in 50 countries around the world!
